The software support internet site is the work of Nexgen Consulting, a firm with a consulting practice specializing in the needs of PRMS™ users. According to Nick Becker, General Manager of Nexgen's PRMS™; business segment, "We wanted to give PRMS users a place where they could have an open exchange of ideas about how to really put the software to work for them. In any given situation, a user might think that their problem is unique, but in reality some other company has already solved it, or at least developed a reasonable workaround. This forum will help users find those solutions. Also, if a user describes a problem where we can lend some expertise, we'll pitch in with an answer, too."
